My name is Jeff Johnson. I have been a Licensed Massage Therapist practicing in Austin, TX since 2003. Prior to that I studied sculpture and psychology at the State University of New York in Purchase, NY. Which turned out to be excellent training for what I do now. My Massage Therapy practice grew from the recognition that the intelligence I was using to create sculptures had a richer and more complete expression in the act of working with people and their bodies in healing relationships. I have been serving my clients in this capacity for 20yrs.

My practice is an integration of Deep Tissue Massage, Trigger Point Therapy and meditative inquiry into the nature of Compassion, Intimacy and Love. My studio is a temple. It’s a sacred space created for the activity of Compassion. My aspiration is to hold a healing space where people can receive skilled muscle therapy and explore the depth of themselves in the presence of a loving, skillful force devoted to relieving suffering wherever possible. Compassion is my boss.
